Audi Fashion Festival: 'Private Lives'
The Audi Fashion Festival is over, but I can't stop gushing! Many have asked what the noteworthy local runway shows were, and 'Private Lives' comes to mind. Presented by luxury furniture label, Baker, the unique pairing of furniture and fashion also saw well-known socialite Dr Georgia Lee making an appearance on the catwalk - together with a legion of smart-looking men!
One of the best known doctors providing aesthetic medical services in Singapore, Dr. Lee is also a mother of two (can you believe it!) and a familiar face amongst the well-heeled fashionistas.
I love runway shows that infuse creativity and those that leave the audience with a little bit of something 'extra' and this was one of them! There was an air of mystery and drama as Dr. Lee took centre stage in a series of vignettes, and a mini-story evolved on-stage.

Paparazzi in cute suspenders?
Dr. Lee modeling outfits from Jean-Paul Gaultier, Christian Lacroix, Dominique Sirop (whom we heard was apparently in attendance) and Vera Wang.
Then came the surreal finale - a pillow fight with thousands of feathers descending upon the runway.
Dr. Lee closed the night in black lingere and Chopard jewellery.
