Materiel: Celebrating 365 Days
Matériel, one of our favourite multi-label cult boutiques, turns a year old this month, celebrating their birthday by adding new labels to their racks. One of KL's best kept secrets, Matériel is a minimalist outlet located in Pavilion that always lets the clothes do the talking!
The labels under the Matériel fashion family include Dr. Denim Jeans (Sweden), Nicholas (Singapore), 2K by Gingham (USA), Federation Clothing (New Zealand), Headquarter (Thailand), and accessories brand Vita (Italy). Here are some of my picks for the season:

To commemorate their anniversary, Materiel hosted a party and fashion showcase at their narrow Pavilion storefront.
And while the boutique itself wasn't really used for the event, let me tell you, it was crowded outside!
I felt really bad for the models, all of whom, had no choice but to bang elbows with the photogs covering the event.
Which explains why the agitated male models stormed and ended their strut with an extremely fierce face! Tyra would've been so proud!
I saved this shot best for last because I love meggings on a man! It's the hottest thing since the barbeque grill was invented. Kudos to the stylist for bringing the trend a lot closer to home!
