Fashion Flirt @ Urbanattic (KL)
If there was one thing to take away from Fashion Flirt is that the sole focus of a fashion design showcase should not merely be on the clothes designs, but the environment too. The 9 fashion design graduates may have laboured away at creating their six-clothes collection however the stage in which they presented detracted from the overall experience of the night.
Sequence Fashion Show
Last month, a little fashion show was staged at Urbanattic featuring three online boutiques - Bunny Noo, Blushberry and Sexxay Clothes @ Sexxay Prices. They came out of the browsers and on to a makeshift runway to a fairly small audience. I posted about this a month ago, but grr, it got lost, so here's a very very late review. Sorry!
Fashion Flirt: Wanpa + Moulaq
Two young brands were showcased at Fashion Flirt at Urbanattic last Thursday night - Wanpa and Moulaq. Wanpa is Ridzuan’s label that focuses on casual & evening wear, with design influenced by his background in interior architecture. Moulaq, on the other hand, is a range of jewelry and accessories inspired by music, life, reality and culture.
